What are the best vegetables to eat to prevent skin cancer?
I've read that red cabbage contains chemicals (anthocyanins) cells that cause an individual to create an enzyme that repairs DNA damage. I also read that strawberries contain a type of acid, with polyphenols, which are supposed to prevent skin cancer. Can you verify this? Any idea of the mechanism of action of protection?
